Orders and Payment Terms
We always offer the best price to your destination country at the time of purchase. As all prices displayed include shipping, taxes and duties, the price of the item will vary depending upon your location.
After more than a decade of retail experience, we have adopted payment terms which allow us to pass on the best possible price to our customers. In order to save costs we have adopted a hybrid process for high cost items, whereby a commitment deposit is paid online with the balance payment made via bank transfer.
For products below SGD2000 (or equivalent in other currencies):
Full payment to be made via credit card on our website.
For products above SGD2000 (or equivalent in other currencies):
5% commitment deposit to be made via Credit Card on our website, with the balance to be made via Bank Transfer.
After payment has been made on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. If balance payment is due, we will contact you within 24 hours with bank transfer details.
When balance payment has been made via bank transfer, please send proof of payment to [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 97735360 so that we can monitor our account.
Please note that as we have a physical boutique in Singapore, priority will be given to purchases made in our boutique. If a simultaneous purchase occurs you will be notified and your payment will be refunded to your credit card.
After verifying availability, the item we will be marked as Reserved. An item will be marked as sold when full payment is received.
As soon as item availability and receipt of full payment is verified, your item will normally be shipped out within 2 business days. Please note that courier pick up may not be available on weekends and public holidays.
All items are shipped directly from our boutique in Singapore using a premium courier service. All prices listed on our website include shipping, insurance, taxes and other administration fees, so you should not be required to pay any additional charges on your end. All prices featured on our website reflect the fully landed price, and therefore there are no hidden fees or additional charges. The Shipping Tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has left our store. In most cases products will reach you in 3-7 working days, subject to customs clearance.
Cancellations and Return Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless the product is no longer available. We do not accept returns or exchanges and orders cannot be cancelled. For security reasons your shipping address cannot be changed.
