Orders and Payment Terms
We always offer our best price to your destination country at the time of purchase. As all prices displayed include shipping, import taxes and customs duties, the price of the item will vary depending on your location.
Most items on our site can be fully paid for using credit card, however, for certain high value items a commitment deposit is required on our website with the balance payment to be made via bank transfer.
For shipping within Singapore, customers have the option to bank transfer or use credit card.
After payment has been made on our website, you will receive a confirmation email confirming receipt of your order. If there is a balance payment due, we will contact you within 24 hours with bank transfer details.
When balance payment is made via bank transfer, please send proof of payment to [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 97735360 so that we can monitor our account.
Please note that as we have a physical boutique in Singapore, priority will be given to purchases made in our boutique. If a simultaneous purchase occurs, you will be notified and your credit card will not be charged.
After verifying availability, the item we will be marked as Reserved. An item will be marked as sold when full payment is received and verified.
Shipping
As soon as item availability and receipt of full payment is verified, your item will normally be shipped out within 1 to 3 business days. Please note that courier pick up from our store in Singapore is not available on weekends and public holidays.
All items are shipped directly from our boutique in Singapore using a premium courier service. All prices listed on our website include shipping, insurance, taxes and other administration fees, so you should not be required to pay any additional charges on your end. All prices featured on our website reflect the fully landed price, and therefore there are no hidden fees or additional charges. The Shipping Tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has left our store. If there are no customs or other delays, the item should be delivered within 3 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Cancellations and Return Policy
All payments are non-refundable unless the product is no longer available. We do not accept returns or exchanges and orders cannot be cancelled. For security reasons your shipping address cannot be changed.
