All items featured on our website are present in our physical boutique. They are inspected, authenticated and photographed inhouse prior to listing. You can therefore be assured that each item is vetted and its condition is accurately depicted when you view the item on our website. We take the guesswork out of online shopping for your luxury items. Our prices are fully landed cost to your doorstep and include all shipping costs, handling charges, insurance, import taxes, customs duties and fees. There are no add-ons at check out and there will be no further charges to pay by the buyer. For most countries, we also allow you to purchase in your local currency.


BJ Luxury specialises in the resale of Hermès Birkin and Kelly bags. We also sell other luxury Hermès models as well as Chanel bags. We also carry our own brand of bag charms.
We sell both new and pre-loved bags. We are transparent with regards to the condition of the bags and provide multiple images of each item to support our assessment and rating.
Please check the individual listing to confirm what is sold with the item.

Occasionally, when we receive a bag from the consignor/seller, the dustbag and box may not match the bag. This can be expected given that the items are, or have been, pre-owned by a private collector and are not direct from the brand manufacturer.

We highlight all significant or major flaws in the item. Minor flaws may also be present that cannot easily be described or depicted in the photographs. It is realistic to expect some minor flaws, in addition to those highlighted in the listing.


Yes. In the unlikely event that an item is proven not genuine we will refund 100% of the purchase price. Please see our terms and conditions here.

No, we can only reserve an item after payment is received

We will email you with bank transfer details within 24 hours of receiving your order. The balance payment should be made within a further 5 days. Please send proof of your balance payment transfer to avoid your deposit being forfeited. Please contact us if you are experiencing any difficulties in making the transfer.

Our payment processor may reject some credit card transactions. In such a case, please contact us for bank transfer option if you would like to proceed with the purchase. It is also possible that a simultaneous transaction could occur in our physical boutique. In the rare occasion that this happens, our boutique will take precedence and your card will not be charged.

We do not offer instalment plan for online purchases.
Credit card instalment plans are available for purchases at our physical boutique in Singapore and are available for Singapore residents with a local DBS, OCBC or UOB Visa or Mastercard. Six and twelve month payment plan options are currently available with these banks.

Returns and Refunds

We do not accept returns. Please carefully view the photographs and condition assessment before making your purchase.

Please contact us immediately in such a situation. Where possible we will endeavor to cancel the order provided no credit card fees have been incurred on our side. Strictly no cancellation will be permitted after the item has been shipped.


Price adjustments take place from time to time due to promotions, changes in exchange rate or shift in market price.

Shipping is arranged by BJ Luxury and the shipping fees are included in the listed price. In most cases, we will use FEDEX for international shipments and will provide a tracking number for your reference.
We do not ship exotic leather bags. You may self-collect.
Yes. Please note that we are unable to deliver to hotels.

After your order has been verified, we will normally ship out the item within 1 to 3 business days. If there are no customs or other delays, the item should be delivered within a further 3 to 7 business days.

Yes, we ship all our items fully insured.

No. BJ Luxury will pay all customs duties and taxes on your item.

We are able to accept an item on consignment only if it is located in Singapore.

No, however, it is recommended that you email or WhatsApp us with the following information for a price appraisal: Bag model, stamp/serial, condition, what it comes with and your expected price. Email: [email protected] or WhatsApp +65 97735360.

We require a commitment of 60 days. If you wish to withdraw your item before this period elapses, a SGD200 early withdrawal fee is applicable.

No. We only apply fees on items sold.
We do not accept virtual consignments. All items must be physically present with us.
Yes. However, prior to collection we require the following: An image of the item, the serial/ stamp codes and all accompanying accessories.
Hermès and Chanel bags. Bags that are in poor condition may not be accepted.
No. We only deal with consignors and sellers who are physically present to consign their goods.

It takes around 1 week for item verification, condition examination, photography and content vetting for creation of a comprehensive listing on our website.

Consignors will be paid via bank transfer within 7 working days from the date of sale.
